Working from four sites across the UK and with more than 40 plastics specialists within the group, we are well placed to provide support.

Our SSIP approved site teams are highly trained and certified, and carry out safety critical plastic engineering projects, including tank repairs, scrubber servicing, ductwork and pipework, often in challenging conditions.

We have a core of clients in various industries including COMAH sites for whom we carry out scheduled shutdown work annually.

We have also attended overseas sites in the United States, Europe and Australia, offering our flexibility, experience and knowledge to provide the best service in the most challenging environments.

Our site work services include:

  • Turnkey installations of complex safety-critical plastic solutions, such as surface finishing plant, effluent treatment systems, fume scrubbers, dual containment pipework and chemical storage tanks
  • Installation of plastic ductwork and pipework in educational premises, waste water treatment works, industrial sites, hospitals, leisure centres, and new build construction
  • Installation, inspection, servicing and repair of tanks, bunds and scrubbers.  Typical industries include steel, automotive, automotive and petrochemicals
  • Replacement of pumps, dampeners, fans, valves, and repairs to pipework and ductwork.  Often this work is carried out as part of a scheduled shut-down or stop, working to tight deadlines
  • Emergency call out work.

Our staff are accredited for site work.  All hold CSCS cards, ECITB Passport to Safety and are externally certified to operate mobile plant, work in confined spaces, erect portable scaffold, and other site specialisms.

We have a vast experience working in COMAH sites and we have also worked in at secure government sites and nuclear facilities;  our staff are DBS checked, which is a requirement when working in areas where there may be vulnerable people including schools and hospitals.

Unscheduled problems can be very costly in terms of downtime and disruption. On these occasions you need to know that specialists will be on hand promptly with the skills, tools and equipment to sort out your problem. We have a reputation for flexibility and adaptability, and our staff will do their utmost to get your plant back up and running with minimum of disruption.
